The Plan
Everyone knows there are many, many, many dietary approaches, opinions, and proven results when it comes to shedding fat and building muscle. For my journey to six pack abs, I’ve chosen to commence with the TNT Diet. TNT stands for “Targeted Nutrition Tactics”, basing carbohydrate consumption on the right days at the right time. It is fundamentally a low carb, moderate protein (approximately 1g of protein per pound of LBM (Lean Body Mass)), high fat eating plan and it emphasis pumping iron multiple times a week. It acknowledges there are times for simple and complex carb consumption, and times when carbs should essentially be avoided.
My goal is to weigh 210 pounds at 8% body fat.
I will be blogging my progress as close to daily as I can right here on Six Pack Crusade, capturing my journey to achieving six pack abs!!!
